At Saw & Sew, we are committed to delivering your bespoke furniture and décor safely and efficiently. Below are details of our UK and international shipping services, including estimated delivery times and important information about potential costs.
UK Shipping
For most orders under 2kg, we use Royal Mail’s 1st Class Recorded service. This standard service typically delivers within 1-2 days, but please allow 3-5 days for some deliveries, with up to 15 working days in exceptional cases.
For larger items over 2kg, we use specialized logistics services, ensuring delivery typically within a few days.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping for many of our décor and non-furniture products to North America and the EU.
International orders are typically delivered within 3-5 days via trusted couriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, or TNT. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location, particularly in more remote areas. Please be aware that local tax duties may apply upon delivery, which are set by your country’s authorities and are beyond Saw & Sew's control.
